Bio
Dr. Tommy Davis holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Carolina University, is a graduate of Temple Baptist Seminary (MA), and has amassed nearly 25 years of experience in senior leadership and executive roles across multiple sectors. As a former sheriff's executive trauma chaplain, he coordinated over 500 staff and volunteers, optimizing program operations across four sheriff's offices and five detention facilities. Additionally, he oversaw major crimes chaplaincy services in Western New York, and coordinated the safe surrender of fugitives.

Dr. Davis also served as a board member and CEO of Hope Initiatives CDC, a non-profit manufacturing, transportation, and storage corporation, where he successfully eliminated resource inefficiencies, secured additional government contract eligibility, purchased and remodeled homes, and redesigned the transportation fleet. Dr. Davis also worked in the food transportation industry supervising cleaning practices and inspecting equipment. Transitioning to the healthcare sector, he held director roles in healthcare support services (Environmental Services), focusing on staff training, reducing fiscal and operational waste, and achieving record-breaking discharge turnaround times. His leadership has benefitted two of the largest healthcare support providers in the U.S.

As a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Dr. Davis is adept at applying Lean methodologies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance organizational performance. His enduring passion lies in developing human resources to maximize potential and performance. Dr. Davis is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, with advanced studies in Epidemiology and Public Health Practice. He also serves as an editorial advisor for Infection Control Today magazine.
